Wholesale Wine Sales Representative
Aridus Wine Company – Arizona
Start Date: January 2026

Aridus Wine Company, a family-owned and rapidly growing Arizona winery, is seeking an experienced and motivated Wholesale Wine Sales Representative to expand our wholesale footprint, attract new accounts, and provide exceptional service to existing partners. This is a work-from-home role with regular travel between Scottsdale and Willcox, as well as travel throughout Arizona markets as needed.

What You’ll Do
•  Develop new wholesale relationships with restaurants, retailers, hotels, and hospitality accounts
•  Service and grow existing accounts through regular communication, support, and visits
•  Conduct tastings, presentations, and brand education with buyers and distributor partners
•  Create and execute a territory growth strategy and achieve sales targets
•  Represent Aridus at industry events, trade shows, and market visits
•  Maintain accurate CRM/account records, sales reporting, and follow-ups

Position Details
•  Work From Home position based in Arizona
•  Travel required between Scottsdale & Willcox and throughout assigned territory
•  Must provide and use your own vehicle
•  Mileage reimbursement provided
•  Must be at least 21 years old

Compensation
•  Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 DOE
•  Commission: 3–6% of sales, uncapped
•  Realistic total compensation potential: $65,000 – $90,000+ annually, depending on performance
•  Expense reimbursement and wine perks included

What We’re Looking For
•  Experience in wine, beverage, or hospitality sales strongly preferred
•  Existing industry relationships a plus
•  Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
•  Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
•  Passion for wine and representing a premium Arizona brand
