Are you an experienced recruiter looking for an independent contractor role where you control your success? Luxx Management is hiring remote CDL Recruiters to join our team! If you have at least one year of recruiting experience (CDL preferred but not required) and can generate your own leads using job boards and social media, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:

Work from home - 100% remote, flexible schedule.

Commission-based - The more drivers you place, the more you earn!

Must be able to generate leads - Utilize job boards, social media, and marketing strategies to source CDL drivers.

Must have access to a computer & phone - Strong communication skills are required.

Who We're Looking For:
✅ 1+ year of recruiting experience (CDL recruiting preferred but not required).
✅ Self-motivated & driven - This is an opportunity, not a 9-5 job.
✅ Experienced in sourcing leads via Indeed, Craigslist, Facebook, etc.
✅ Strong communication & follow-up skills - Must be able to connect with drivers effectively.
