You Are:

You are a dynamic and driven sales professional with a passion for technology and a knack for building strong relationships. With a technical degree, ideally connected to Semiconductors, and a minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience in the technology/semiconductor sector, you have a proven track record of driving high growth. Experience in Analog design would be an advantage. You have a keen interest in the business side of sales and are known for your energy and enthusiasm. With at least 3 years of leadership experience, you excel in leading teams and are comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment. Your team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively make you a valuable asset in any setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading a team of energetic sales professionals focused on driving revenue growth in specific product categories.
  • Partnering with regional sales leaders to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Recruiting and developing like-minded individuals to join your team.
  • Implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelors in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in technology and semiconductor sales sales with a track record of success driving high growth.
  • Experience in Analog design is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience, with strong management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
