We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable & Billing Specialist to join our accounting team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both the accounts payable and billing functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

• Code, enter, and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Execute payment runs and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Perform monthly credit card reconciliations and follow up on outstanding receipts.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Support month-end close processes and assist with accruals as needed.

Billing Responsibilities

• Process and review account setup forms to ensure accurate billing configuration.
• Handle credit and rebill requests and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Execute regular billing cycles and upload invoices to client portals.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate billing discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and support issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, billing, or a related accounting function.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (AvidXChange and WinTeam preferred)
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM

Salary: $65,000
