Data Quality Analyst

• Focus on data movement, validation, profiling, cleansing .
• Hands-on with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, SQL .
• Experience with data quality tools (Alteryx, Informatica, Purview legacy).
• Can translate business requirements into testable DQ rules.

Previous feedback

• • Candidates should balance technical validation skills with business-facing governance perspective .
  • Business/functional responses often valued over purely technical answers.
• Governance side experience with Data modeling or understand architecture who understand PII, lineage, ownership, and compliance.
• Quality side Analysts with Snowflake/SQL expertise + ability to validate, classify, and enforce rules. Alteryx experience is preferred.
• Both roles require business-facing skills : stakeholder engagement, explaining governance/DQ in non-technical terms.
