• Leverage Technology: Use tools like Yardi, CRM, or AppFolio to manage applications, track resident information, and streamline the leasing process.
• Promote Inclusivity: Follow Fair Housing guidelines to ensure an equitable experience for all prospects.
• Collaborate for Success: Work with a supportive team to meet leasing goals and maintain high occupancy rates.

What You Bring

• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is not required but a plus!.
• Experience: At least 6 months of leasing experience at an apartment community (required).
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities to connect effectively with diverse individuals.
• Tech Savvy: Experience using leasing platforms like Yardi, CRM, or AppFolio.
• Fair Housing Knowledge: Fair Housing trained within 2 years (required).
• Flexibility: Availability to work weekends as needed.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to commute to the property on time.
