Billing Supervisor (Law Firm) 

80,000 - 110,000

As the Billing Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for managing over $1 billion in client invoices annually. Your leadership, talent management, and customer service skills will be critical in driving process excellence and ensuring elite service to our partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of Billing Specialists 
• Prioritize and delegate daily, monthly, and other team priorities
• Resolve billing issues and ensure compliance with firm policies
• Assess and enhance team processes
• Collaborate with other departments and support strategic initiatives
• Communicate with partners to facilitate problem resolution
• Promote a positive and collaborative team culture
• Lead team projects and perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of five years of professional services experience
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
