Responsibilities:

Technical Requirements & Documentation
- Translate loyalty and marketing business needs into clear, structured functional and technical requirements.
- Write user stories, data mapping documents, and integration specs across CDP, CRM, CMS, and automation platforms.
- Own process documentation for campaign triggers, logic flows, and customer journeys.
Platform Integration & QA Support
- Align with MarTech teams (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Braze) to ensure solutions are implemented according to specs.
- Validate data flows, business logic, and personalization rules in test environments.
- Support end-to-end testing, defect tracking, and production readiness for MarTech features.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the interface between Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams.
- Partner with CX/UX, Data, and Tech leads to ensure traceability of requirements through to delivery.

Qualifications:

4 7 years experience as a Business Analyst in digital marketing, CRM, or loyalty technology programs.
Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems, particularly CDPs, CRMs, and marketing automation tools.
Experience working closely with development and QA teams on platform delivery.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and data documentation tools.
