Job Title: Careers Counsellor
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary Package: AED 12,000 - AED 15,000 per month (Tax-Free) + Benefits

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Careers Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will support students in exploring career pathways, developing skills for future employment, and making informed decisions about their educational and professional journeys.
Provide one-on-one and group career counselling sessions to help students identify strengths, interests, and potential career paths.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to guide students in academic and career planning.
Conduct workshops and programs on career exploration, resume writing, interview skills, and higher education opportunities.
Develop and oversee programs that enhance career readiness and foster a culture of achievement.
Assist students in identifying challenges and opportunities related to their career goals.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical practices in all career guidance interactions.
Monitor and track students’ progress and maintain accurate records.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Career Counselling, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in career counselling, preferably within a school setting.
Certification or licensure as a Counsellor is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in working with diverse cultures and age groups.
Experience in developing and implementing career guidance programs.
Salary: AED 12,000 - AED 15,000 per month (Tax-Free).
