We are is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Assistant to support internal and external communication activities related to logistics operations and customer coordination. This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in building strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with handling internal and external communications via phone, email, and written correspondence.
* Support communication between customers, operations, and dispatch teams to ensure accurate information flow.
* Prepare, organize, and maintain communication records, reports, and documentation.
* Track service updates and assist in communicating status information to relevant teams.
* Create and update internal logs, tickets, and communication records in the system.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer skills, including email, documents, and internal systems.
* Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
