We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry and Records Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This is an easy, low-stress position suitable for individuals who are organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently from home.
Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or company software
Review and correct data for errors or inconsistencies
Maintain and organize electronic records and files
Retrieve documents or information as requested by team members
Ensure all data is handled confidentially and securely
Follow standard operating procedures for data entry tasks
Assist with basic administrative tasks when needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (typing, email, file management)
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required
