The Role
· Utilize expertise in roofing materials, labor costs, and market trends to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
· Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand the scope, materials, and labor requirements for commercial roofing projects.
· Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing for materials and services.
Role Requirements
· Experience estimating on commercial re-roof projects
· Previously used EDGE software
