Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dynamic team. As the F&I Manager, you'll play a key role in guiding customers through the financial and insurance aspects of their vehicle purchase, ensuring they receive the best financing options and protection plans, while also maintaining full compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Meet with customers to understand their financing and insurance needs, offering clear, accurate, and helpful information to guide their decision-making.
Financing Solutions: Collaborate with financial institutions to secure optimal financing terms, including competitive interest rates, loan terms, and payment options.
Insurance Products: Present and explain a range of insurance products, such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and service contracts, tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer.
Documentation & Compliance: Accurately prepare and process all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales, financing, and insurance, ensuring all documentation aligns with dealership policies and legal requirements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial and insurance transactions are fully compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and surpassing individual and team sales targets for finance and insurance products.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions to ensure documentation is easily accessible for audits and reviews.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to enhance the customer experience and streamline the vehicle purchase process.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a finance or F&I Manager role, ideally within the automotive industry.
Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to explain complex financial details in an easy-to-understand way.
A solid understanding of automotive financing, insurance products, and the relevant regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and financial partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software.
Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring financial accuracy and customer satisfaction.
