Position Sr Full Stack Developer
Location - Dallas, TX ( Onsite). Resource should be willing to come down for a F2F discussion.

About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on ASP .NET Core, React, JavaScript and SQL. You will be working on challenging projects that directly impact our customer and contribute to the overall success of our product.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable web applications using Core, React, JavaScript, SQL and related technologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define and deliver high-quality software solutions.
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes.
* Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers.
* Contribute to the architecture and design of our systems.
* Participate in agile development methodologies.
* Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 10+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
* Extensive experience with (e.g., .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, Web API).
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including experience with modern frameworks and libraries.
* Solid understanding of React and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Context API).
* Experience with RESTful API design and development.
* Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, NoSQL databases).
* Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience with Azure cloud platform is a plus.
* Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
