Participate in product development meetings to align collation strategies with design intent and player expectations. Attend production approvals, such as print runs and pack-out checks at supplier facilities as needed. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across cross-functional and external teams. Deep interest in games, gaming culture, and/or entertainment. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport for international travel. Nice to Have: Familiarity with print, cutting, packaging, and collation workflows in manufacturing. Experience working with consumer product suppliers on physical goods or packaging optimization. Understanding of gaming mechanics and how rarity and distribution impact play and collecting.
