Ramco Building Maintenance, a locally owned company, is seeking reliable and detail-oriented janitorial staff to join our team. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available on first and second shifts. As a member of our janitorial team, you will play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments in office and warehouse settings. Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in office and warehouse environments, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Ensure all assigned areas are maintained to company standards
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting as needed
• Availability for first or second shift; both full-time and part-time positions are available

Compensation

$10–$15 per hour , depending on experience and position.
