Part-Time Massage Therapist Wanted

Location: Serenity Now Float Spa – O'Fallon, MO

Schedule: ~20 hours/week (Set Schedule)

Compensation: Set commission per massage + Spa service benefits

Serenity Now Float Spa is looking for a licensed, professional, and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team part-time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants a steady, low-stress position in a serene and supportive environment — with regular clients already waiting .

About Serenity Now Float Spa:

Located in O'Fallon, MO, we offer massage, float therapy, and other wellness services focused on deep relaxation and healing. We provide a peaceful, client-focused space where both guests and staff feel valued and cared for.

What We Offer:

• Consistent 20-hour/week schedule based on your availability and spa needs

Spa Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Closed: Tuesday & Sunday

Exact working schedule will be set based on availability and spa needs.

Requirements:

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of Missouri
• Friendly, reliable, and passionate about client wellness
• Comfortable working independently in a professional spa setting
• Punctual attendance for scheduled massages
• Follows Spa Dress Code for all shifts including professional personal hygiene
• Collaborating with team members and maintaining a positive, respectful work environment
• Upholding spa standards and representing the spa in a professional and friendly manner
• Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities is a plus
