Job Title: Mechanical Engineer II
Location: Stoughton WI / On-Site
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: 37/hour
Job Summary:
The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for managing data quality, executing tests, and analyzing results. The role requires hands-on work and direct interaction with test requestors. Candidates with a coding background are considered a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct testing, validation, and verification of mechanical systems
Perform Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Apply 7-Step Problem Solving methodology
Analyze process capability and perform data analysis
Interface with test requestors to ensure accuracy and completeness of testing
Utilize MATLAB for data evaluation and test support
Contribute to process improvements and technical documentation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
2–4 years of relevant experience in testing and data analysis
Strong understanding of data quality management and process validation
Preferred Qualifications:
Coding experience or background is a plus
