Qualifications:

• Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Licensure: Active West Virginia Medical License.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, regulatory compliance, and care plan development.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, collaboration, attention to detail, and strong ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
