**Responsibilities** + Knowledge of the principles and practices of microbiology, biology, hematology, immunohematology, urinalysis, and chemistry. + Knowledge of a clinical laboratory as it applies to the collection and processing of samples. Testing of samples, interpretation of results, and the communication of those results to appropriate personnel. + Knowledge of laboratory chemical and biological safety + Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment **We are offering a** **_$5,000 sign-on bonus_** **to hires who meet the hiring requirements. We also offer referral incentives as well as relocation assistance.** **Qualifications** + Graduated from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program or at least one year of experience in a clinical, analytical or environmental laboratory. + Registered (or registry eligible*) with a nationally accredited certifying agency (e.g. American Society for Clinical Pathology, American Medical Technology, etc.). You will perform a variety of technical analyses, verify results, and assure quality and accuracy of tests under the direction of the Laboratory Supervisor(s), Laboratory Manager(s), Laboratory Administrative Director, and Laboratory Medical Director (Pathologist). You'll build trust in all your interactions through your professionalism and work ethic. **CHI St Vincent Hot Springs** is a 280-bed, faith-based, non-profit, Magnet Accredited facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas.
