Scopul rolului

Managerul de proiect va coordona planificarea, execuția și monitorizarea proiectelor din divizia de prefabricate, asigurând respectarea standardelor de calitate, a termenelor și a bugetului.

Responsabilități principale

• Participarea la elaborarea ofertelor tehnico-economice
• Planificarea resurselor și întocmirea graficelor de execuție
• Monitorizarea progresului lucrărilor și respectarea termenelor
• Coordonarea echipelor de șantier și a subcontractorilor
• Identificarea și soluționarea problemelor apărute în execuție
• Organizarea recepției lucrărilor conform contractului
• Decontarea lucrărilor și urmărirea încasărilor
• Gestionarea relației cu clientul post-garanție
• Promovarea imaginii companiei și identificarea de noi oportunități comerciale

Profilul candidatului ideal

• Studii superioare în Ingineria Construcțiilor
• Experiență relevantă în managementul proiectelor, preferabil în domeniul prefabricatelor
• Planificare și organizare
• Comunicare eficientă
• Lucru în echipă
• Gestionarea resurselor
