About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile and highly skilled Visual Designer to join our Creative Marketing team. In this role, you’ll contribute to a wide variety of brand initiatives—spanning digital, social, OOH, partnerships, and even TV. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and deliver innovative, high-impact design work. This role is ideal for a creative who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a pulse on social media trends, and is eager to elevate our brand through bold, strategic design.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $103,680 and up to $144,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Own end-to-end design execution across digital, social, OOH, partnerships, and brand campaigns
• Shape and elevate Chime’s visual identity by crafting memorable, impactful creative
• Partner with marketing, copy, strategy, and production to bring ideas to life
• Lead concept development and storytelling from pitch to polished final product
• Bring motion and energy to our assets using tools like After Effects
• Stay plugged into social trends and create content that’s both timely and brand-aligned
• Work fast without sacrificing craft—balancing experimentation with precision

To thrive in this role, you have:

• Designed standout brand assets in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma across platforms
• Used motion tools like After Effects to create scroll-stopping animations or videos
• Translated strategic briefs into presentation-ready creative via Google Slides
• Streamlined your design process with AI tools to boost creativity and efficiency
• Built content for fintech or lifestyle brands, especially in high-velocity settings
• Balanced big-picture thinking with the discipline to manage tight timelines
• Collaborated cross-functionally to shape campaigns that resonate and perform
