RN IMCU Nurse III

Description:
The RN IMCU Nurse provides specialized care to patients who require continuous monitoring but do not need intensive ICU care. This includes assisting with cardiac and pulmonary treatments, managing medications, and providing patient and family education. The nurse will work with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that patient needs are met. Night shifts and weekend rotations are required.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in an IMCU or similar critical care environment.
• Skilled in cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and patient assessments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Experience in post-operative care and managing complex medical conditions.
• Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay:
High Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
