Job Summary

• Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner.
• Maintain confidential personnel files.
• Track incoming leads, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and conversions.
• Prepare sales packets, promotional materials, and onboarding documents for new clients.
• Support event planning for sales initiatives, trade shows, or client engagement activities.
• Assist with resolving client issues by coordinating with appropriate departments and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports.
• Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
• Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
