Position Summary
Seeking a versatile Sr. Salesforce Developer & Administrator to lead the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce and AgentForce platforms. This hybrid role supports both technical development and administrative functions, enabling efficient license processing, application automation, and business intelligence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Development Responsibilities
Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and custom integrations.
Implement REST/SOAP API integrations and callouts, including MuleSoft-based integrations.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
Administrative Responsibilities
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, and access policies.
Perform system maintenance, data loads, and ensure data quality.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business intelligence.
Provide end-user support and resolve production issues.
Assist with documentation, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration, preferably in an enterprise or multi-agency environment.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Lightning Web Components.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security model, and declarative automation tools.
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with MuleSoft and API integration concepts.
Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader) and basic API troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
Awareness of information security principles.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certifications such as:
o Administrator , Advanced Administrator
o Platform App Builder , Platform Developer I or II
o Marketing Cloud Administrator (optional based on org needs)
Awareness of emerging trends in AI and their application within Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
