Job Title: Sewing Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $15+ (with shift differential)
Shifts: 1st and 2nd
Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Sewing Machine Operators to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This position involves operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with sewing equipment, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate sewing machinery according to safety and production guidelines.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper function and address any issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical problems.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Accurately record production data and complete required documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret machine instructions and specifications.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.
• Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
