OUR COMPANY:

We believe everyone should have the ability to find meaningful work, and through comprehensive training and employment services, we enable each of our clients to have that chance.  This commitment keeps us moving in many directions and requires a talented and varied team.

Our competitive employment program empowers people with disabilities to find and keep jobs in our local community working alongside non-disabled individuals while earning the same opportunities, benefits, and pay. Our vocational training programs, created in partnership with local businesses, result in direct, competitive jobs for students after graduation.

At the end of the day, everything we do aligns with our vision—to IMAGINE a world where disabilities are no longer barriers to achieving potential and purpose in meaningful work. We operate with integrity, positivity, respect, accountability, innovation, service, and empathy. If our purpose, vision, and values resonate with you, we encourage you to apply today.
