What You Will Do:

• Learn about the senior living sales process and industry practices/norms.
• Assist with planning and set-up of monthly networking events and open houses.
• Prepare collateral materials for tours and marketing events, as well as tour/outreach gifts.
• Gain practical knowledge of managing a marketing budget.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs of the property and grounds to ensure show-readiness.
• Review sales and occupancy data to identify areas of opportunity and focus.
• Assist with social media accounts and strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Why You Are Qualified:  

• Current high school or college student with an interest in the senior living industry (sales/marketing focus).
• Self-motivated with an ability to prioritize.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to execute tasks, demonstrating interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving tactics, organization, professionalism, and respect.

Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
