Who WE Are Looking For

We’re looking for an individual who can perform in a team environment. This individual should show an exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to integrity. This role needs you to be able to protect the assets and limit the liabilities of the casino through our surveillance system. You’d be handling requests and observing day to day operations with an open mind, with an emphasis on accuracy and integrity

What Is Expected Of YOU

As a Surveillance Operator, you'll monitor live and recorded video feeds throughout the casino, reporting any suspicious activities or policy violations. Collaborate with security teams, law enforcement, and other departments to resolve incidents objectively. Maintain accurate logs and handle sensitive information confidentially. Work effectively in a team to ensure comprehensive surveillance coverage and support casino operations as assigned.

Experience YOU Will Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basics of Microsoft Office (required)
• Basic computer skills (required)
• CCTV (preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift or move approximately 25 pounds or more at a time.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
