### **Job Summary:**
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about user-centered design, possess strong design and problem-solving skills, and create seamless and visually compelling user experiences.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas
* Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and icons
* Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
* Collaborate with developers and product managers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
* Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines
* Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies
### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
* Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
* Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Good communication and presentation skills
### **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript (bonus)
* Understanding of responsive design and accessibility
* Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
