Job Description

Job Title : UI/UX Designer

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies
• Design intuitive user interfaces and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with developers to implement responsive designs
• Maintain and update design systems and pattern libraries
• Advocate for users in all aspects of the product design process
• Monitor usage analytics and iterate on designs for improvements
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• Experience in UI/UX Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX projects
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to produce high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with motion design and animation tools
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for design-to-dev handoff
• Experience in accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar, GA)
• Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS products
• Federal Experience is a plus.
