Talent Solutions RPO is hiring an experienced high-volume Recruiter to support a key client- a leading British multinational in health, hygiene, and nutrition products . In this role, you'll play a critical part in sourcing and hiring top talent for essential manufacturing roles, helping to build strong, purpose-driven teams.

You'll focus on identifying and engaging candidates in targeted markets through strategic outreach, community partnerships, and in-person hiring events. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about connecting people with meaningful work, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-volume recruiting for non-exempt manufacturing positions (e.g., packaging technicians, manufacturing technicians, processing techs)
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through grassroots, digital, and community outreach
• Manage 20-30 open requisitions at a time with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience
• Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process, helping to remove barriers to employment
• Leverage sourcing tools and innovative strategies to continuously improve recruiting outcomes

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience , ideally in high-volume and/or manufacturing environments
• Experience with community-based recruiting and local engagement strategies
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• A mission-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment

$30-35 /hour
