Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Virtual School Counselor to provide remote counseling services to K-12 students in New Mexico. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to support students in their academic, emotional, and social growth through virtual counseling sessions. You'll work closely with educators and families to help students thrive in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions remotely to students.
Develop and implement effective intervention strategies to support student success.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to address individual student needs.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with school and state regulations.
Conduct assessments and offer recommendations for creating personalized student support plans.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid New Mexico School Counselor license.
A Master's degree in School Counseling or a related field.
Experience in virtual counseling or telehealth platforms is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while managing a remote caseload.
