As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders, managing resources and schedules while mitigating risks. The role requires strategic oversight and hands-on involvement, balancing operational details with big-picture planning. You will drive efficiency, compliance, and safety across multiple projects, contributing to the success of both individual projects and overall organizational goals. This position offers the opportunity to lead diverse teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
路 Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
路 Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
路 Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
路 Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
路 Prepare regular project reports and updates for stakeholders.
路 Oversee procurement, contract management, and change orders.
路 Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
Requirements
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
路 Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in commercial or infrastructure development.
路 Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
路 Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
路 Proficiency with project management software and tools.
路 Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
