Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the vital first point of contact at community events, fundraising drives, and nonprofit outreach initiatives. This role is perfect for individuals who are people-focused, motivated by purpose, and eager to grow within a mission-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit clients at live outreach and fundraising events
Engage donors, supporters, and community members with professionalism and warmth
Educate the public on nonprofit campaigns and advocate for positive social impact
Build lasting relationships to encourage donor retention and ongoing support
Collaborate with teammates to ensure successful events and campaign visibility
Uphold the highest standards of integrity, empathy, and professionalism
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
